The food quality, service, decor and efficient layout are all FAR above average. Prices are also elevated but the long term pleasure if visiting and buying a meal at home is worth the reasonable price nip.

This is the cutest restraunt. Breakfast is delicious and service is excellent. Price is very good for the quality of the food. I would highly recommend the breakfast bowl. We will be coming back!

Good food, good service, a bit pricey for what you get. Enjoyed all our food and they have a wide selection of dishes (burgers through to fish). Service is consistent and rather quick - bartenders are fun to chat with as well. Entree's are going to cost 20+ each if not in the low 30s. Overall would go back.

Love Lane Kitchen is our stop for lunch whenever we do the North Fork wine tasting scene. Food is fresh and well prepared. We had the lobster roll (pricey), lobster quesadilla, fish and chips and crab cake caesar salad. All excellent.

This is a great little brunch/lunch spot. Everything that came to the table was really tasty. Go expect it to come out fast when it's packed (which is always I gather), but you won't mind the wait.

Dont normally order sandwiches but this was a treat. The server was friendly, the vibe was very upbeat and I enjoyed having lunch there. Cute decor inside. Happy Place.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their service is always great and they keep the spot well organized regularly. Rates are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

I like it and would go back. We stopped in late in the evening and had a good dinner. We had chicken figures and grilled cheese for the kids. I has an asparagus salad which was great. The place is clean, friendly and has a nice menu, the food is quality also.

Rudest staff ever encountered - owner should consider who they are hiring to be the face of their establishment. Disappointing treatment of customers, could not felt more unwelcome. We traveled here from 30 minutes away based on reviews and plenty of space but they refused to seat us despite us being flexible on splitting up to smaller tables. The two heavier women who were there had real attitude problems changed their story about availability. We think it might be due to the fact that we had someone with us who didn’t look like everyone else in the restaurant, aka not white.

One of my favorite breakfast nooks on the island. Tastefully decorated, staff are friendly, and place is cozy. Seasonal menu items are a amazing! Looking forward to the yummy lemon ricotta pancakes with fresh berries, available for summer. Self-serve coffee station is a plus!

Nice place. Food was pretty good. The specialty pancakes were absolutely amazing. Lemon ricotta to be exact. Nice little outdoor seating arrangement and a couple people had there pups which was cool.

Great food, and friendly service that doesn't break the bank. Love Lane Kitchen radiates a home away from home feeling that has an inviting feeling from start to finish.We had breakfast here, ordering the Rancheros, an omelette, and a lemon pancake (amazing flavor). The portions were just the right amount to fill you up with enough room left over for dessert. The bill for two was just under $40 bucks Great service, great food.

Place was packed, but they got everyone squared away quickly. Food was delicious and servers were very friendly and got everything correct.

Great atmosphere and service was prompt and friendly. Had a salmon sandwich which was very tasty. My girlfriend had a chicken and mango salad which had fresh ingredients like avocado and red onions with a lime cilantro dressing making it delicious. Definitely going back when out east.

Lovely place with welcoming staff. The french toast is a must with the pancakes. The pastrami hash is excellent too.

Comfortable, at-home feel with fresh food, a friendly staff and complimentary coffee! They make one of my very favorite salads, Red Quinoa Salad w/ House-made Apple Cider Dressing. Great place to come with a friend or solo. Nice people watching spot when you opt to sit outside.

Tried to eat at Love Lane this afternoon. Awful experience with the staff. I have never been treated so poorly and frankly, just could not bring myself to spend money there.

Love Lane Kitchen, Mattituck NY, Breakfast was good. Meat comes in separate side order. Drink reasonable price. Coffee all u can drink. I had green tea. I love the Mexican Breakfast. Breakfast bit expensive end..

This is some of the best pastrami hash I've ever had. The staff is very courteous. Definitely worth the wait.

There is a lot to love about the Love Lane Kitchen. For one, the atmosphere is upbeat and eager for food. The service is excellent, and the staff inviting and pleasant. Go early or risk having a bit of a wait. But, no matter, it is well worth the effort. We dined on egg dishes, pancakes, and pastrami hash. Each meal was more delicious than the other. A visit here will always make your day bright and your tummy thankful!

Been to this lovely place a few times and it never disappoints. Food was excellent (had the Fresh Pasta and my fiance had the mushroom risotto with scallops). Service was also amazing (Ryan weighted on us). Atmosphere is always pleasant. This last time we went on a Monday night, so we were able to just walk in and be seated. But definitely make reservations for the weekend.

So good, we stopped here twice in the days (on the way out and back from a Shelter Island weekend). We haven't had anything less that great here (including the fizzies!) Overall: Cute atmosphere, great food. Definitely add this to your list of places to go.
